CHOCOLATE COOKIES

INGREDIENTS

250g ( 1 cup ) butter
200g ( 1 1/2 cup ) icing sugar
100g ( 1/2 cup ) caster sugar 
2 eggs 100g ( 3/4 cup ) cocoa powder 
Enough self raising flour

METHOD

1. Beat butter with both sugars.
2. Add in eggs one by one.
3. Add cocoa powder.
4. Add enough flour to make soft dough. Knead for a few seconds until mixed. 
5. Pinch a little, roll into a little sausage shape and put into the `sampret` mould. Press onto greased baking sheet. 
6. Bake in a preheated oven of 150 C for 15 minutes.
