PINEAPPLE COBBLER

INGREDIENTS

1 cup self raising flour
1 cup granulated sugar 
1 cup milk 
1 15oz can pineapple chunks 
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup butter 

METHOD

1. Melt butter. Then cool.
2. Coat the drained pineapple chunks with the brown sugar. Then set aside.
3. Mix self raising flour and granulated sugar.
4. Add the milk. Mix well.
5. Add the cooled melted butter into the flour mixture. Mix well.
6. Then drop in the pineapple chunks and brown sugar mixture into the batter.
7. Bake the batter in a 175 C oven temperature for 30 minutes.
