Pineapple Cobbler.


Mixture A - mix well together
1 cup self raising flour
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup milk

Mixture B - mix well
1 15oz can pineapple chunks
1/2 cup brown sugar

1/2 cup butter - melted and cooled.

1. Coat the drained pineapple chunks with the brown sugar. Then set aside.
2. Add in Mixture A into the cooled melted butter. Mix well.
3. Then drop in the pineapple chunks and brown sugar mixture into the batter.
4. Bake the batter in a 200 C oven for 30 minutes.
